Can I pay for Starbucks® delivery with my Starbucks card or through the Starbucks app wallet?
Paying for delivery in our mobile app with a Starbucks Card or through the app wallet isn’t supported at this time. The delivery checkout currently accepts credit/debit card, Venmo, and Apply Pay, and in some instances, Venmo (depending on platform) as form of payment.
Will I earn stars when I order Starbucks® delivery?
Starbucks® delivery is currently not eligible for Starbucks® Rewards benefits right now. Learn more about Starbucks® Rewards benefits here.
Is Starbucks® delivery available near me?
To find out if Starbucks® delivery is available where you are when using our mobile app, enter the delivery address within the Delivery experience. If you find that it isn’t available within your delivery address, continue to check back again at a later date as our coverage may expand to your area.
I’d like to surprise a friend or family by having Starbucks delivered them. How do I do that?
Great idea! Once you’ve started the Starbucks® delivery experience, you will be prompted for a delivery address. Enter in your friend or family’s delivery address to check for availability and start giving.
Why aren’t my Starbucks favorites being saved on the Delivery menu?
The Starbucks app does not save favorites within the Delivery experience at this time, but can save your favorites within the Pickup experience.
I went back to my delivery order cart and my cart is empty. Where did it go?
If an order is not submitted after a given period of time, user-entered and cart information within the Delivery experience will clear.
What are the fees I should expect in my delivery order?
Delivery orders made on the Starbucks mobile app will have a service and delivery fee. Fees, including a “Small Order Fee,” may apply depending on the order’s subtotal amount. If state and/or local government imposes regulatory fees on delivery orders, this will be applied to your delivery total.
How do I save my information for future delivery orders?
The Starbucks app does not save user-entered or cart information within the Delivery experience at this time.
Where can I access my delivery-order history on my Starbucks app?
The Starbucks app does not have delivery order history at this time. Delivery orders made on our mobile app will have order information emailed and texted to the email address and text-enabled phone number provided at the time of checkout.
How do I report a tech issue on the Starbucks app while ordering delivery?

Can I modify or cancel my current delivery order?
Once the order is submitted, the order details go out to a store to start fulfilling it and cannot be modified. An order can be cancelled, however depending on where the order is in the process, it may no longer be eligible for full refund. Please contact 1-800-STAR-BUC[KS] as soon as possible to reach our in-app delivery customer service team.
Who is delivering my Delivery order?
A DoorDash courier will deliver your delivery order made from the Starbucks mobile app.
How do I track my delivery order?
Delivery orders made on our mobile app will have a delivery tracker link sent to the email address and text-enabled phone number provided at the time of checkout.

What if I want to pick up my Starbucks® delivery order in the store?
Starbucks® delivery isn't available for pick up in a Starbucks store. However, you can still make a pickup order on the Starbucks® app.
